Eden Carson, a young emerging talent of ICA has won the Phyl Blackler in the New Zealand Cricket Awards:

Eden Carson, a proud member of the International Cricketers Association has won the Phyl Blackler in the New Zealand Cricket Awards. The Phyl Blackler Cup is given to the player with excellence in bowling throughout the year.

Eden Carson left a great impact whole playing for Otago Sparks. She took 17 wickets in the Super Smash 2021/22 while she took 14 wickets in the HBJ Shield 2021/22. She was the 2nd highest wicket taker of HBJ Shield while the 3rd highest wicket taker in Super Smash.

Before winning the Phyl Blackler Cup in the New Zealand Cricket Awards, Eden also won the Most Valuable Player of the Year award in Otago Sparks Awards 2022. Her stats and now these 2 major awards prove how brilliant she has been throughout the last one year.
